The LT will file a quarterly report at the end of this month with the court. Then it will file a 10-K for 2017 at the end of March.

I don't think there will be anything of particular interest in the quarterly.

But there may - may - be something in the 10-K for 2017 on recent developments, developments that happened in early 2018. This is where I would first expect to see anything about payments from DB, if the LT will in fact be a recipient, which is still only very hopeful conjecture.
