I am curious though as this seem a tad bit higher than I remembered, did you take the TPS groups 4 billion out of your numbers as well

as I would have sworn it was .17

it takes 10 bill to pay preferds their full face due, so it actually takes 14 bill to come back here for TPS to be paid and preferds to get face
