You did, IMO. Read the 8-K out last night. Even if everything else is true and legit, current PMPG holders can only end up with at most a 10% stake in the resulting company.

This had all the tell tale signs when certain things happened a week -10 days out from last week's PR on the cryptocurrency thing. There was a ton of preloading and signals to everyone, IMO.
