First of all you better read that letter. The money is not going for any acquisition. Secondly, you and I have a distinctly opposite view of this Company and I'm not going to change yours and you're not going to change mine. That being said, you know I respect and like you, but I think, based on some of your previous posts that you might be slightly less cynical and slightly more gullible than I am. I don't know who is pulling Bausteads strings or their own incompetence, but this gambit is quickly turning into a circus. The last item I'll address is that you said that VTSI is "trading above 3.50 now". Last I checked it was 2.71 and barring any real good new will probably drift down again, drip by drip. JMO
