So ... SEC Reporting = Delinquent & OTC Stop Sign is a "Good Thing"!! LOL

And if NHMD makes a complete reversal, IE Stock price goes up, SEC reporting current, Stop Sign replaced with Best 50 OTC QX, That would be bad ... right?
