when the government is involved, things move slowly
Let's be aware of the system dynamics here.
As any investor we do some studies and take chances as we see fit...BUT We do not want the government involved as they seemingly are here. BP/WS are bad enough but they at least have a clock running which eventually runs out. big Government (BG) is the worst of all controls/influencers in any process...will not rant on but it is true and we all know it.
It is looking like BP is going to sit back and wait(stand down) while they cut their losses until BG makes a CNS move. You can figure out the rest.
