Hmmmm....what's the latest with those "subpoenas"? LMAO! For the 100th time there is no jurisdiction.

JL has had a million people called to court....from ex presidents to Barrick attorneys.... and I believe HUL was in that group already...so just WHAT were the results of those cases????

You seem to forget that the 23rd civil court SPELLED OUT about a year ago in their ruling that JL has NOTHING to do with C 1912-2001 OR MINA PASCUA.... thus had no right to file the case....it was tossed...have you seen any reversal of that decision as JL said there would be? Ummmm...no. BTW.....where is JL with his words of wisdom and support for the ex MSX shareholders??? Oh that's right.....JL says he DOES NOT owe MSX or it's ex shareholders a DIME! WHICH IS CERTAINLY CONTRARY TO WHAT THE CONTRACT SAYS....were is that clean title JL???????

BTW....the above is all more meaningless than you know....remember what I said about a surprise ending...
