ron.. remember when the SEC staff was caught looking at porn on their computers during the 2008 financial meltdown ?...well, I wouldn't put much stock in them doing anything about the breech in violations that you posted...seems like this whole government agency is corrupt and incompetent, starting with the Federal Banking Regulators who let the banks make all those phony mortgages, liar loans, etc, that shook this country to its foundations... no bankers went to jail... even the CEO of BAC got a 415 million dollar award to step down from his CEO position to take a position on the BOD right down the hallway.... good luck with that anyway....
