My theory is simple. The rally has run its course, and there's no news to take it a step higher. We may see some soft erosion for awhile, until we have some more news. There are two more patents pending in the next month or so, and some liver data coming in February. Until then, I don't expect much action unless something very unexpected happens.
Just a theory though; I don't have any more idea than anyone else.
