Furthermore.... Anyone calling that other stock a "scam" or Steve a "fraud" obviously did not do any kind of simple DD. When things are spelled out in black and white, risks, and the possibility of ceasing operations in the future does not qualify as a "scam", "mystery", of "fraud".
