Thats why its in trips. Any time a company dilutes to use the proceeds for business, its an increase in revenue. Dilution is not always bad. Especially with UPZS its an opportunity to get cheap shares. Even fully diluted, easily 0.0025. But that will not be case with UPZS, they are rare trip who does not dilute for no reason.

You can argue all you want, but imho UPZS at this level is very cheap. I am here like most of the traders to make $ and UPZS will more likely be trading 0.0025/0.003 sometime this year than 0.0001 or r/s. 5 or 10 bagger is something I do not want to miss.

Like I mentioned earlier even if all your dd is right, company still has $2 million in annual revenues. Market cap should be atleast $2 million.
More chance that your dd is not accurate and market cap should be atleast $5million or PPS 1 cent
