We always felt that it could be more, is why we buy in. But every time there is a run, the company sells into it crushing it.

On top of that, read their PR's and go look for the products where they say they are... Not there. The company has a horrible history and track record. Hell, we are a pizza company with no pizza stores! We would be happy if they opened one model store, then another, etc. Then just maybe they could sell franchises. All their web stuff looks great. Fact is we have not sold any franchises in over 10 years. But go to their website, they act like we make pizza and actually sell franchises. Who would ever pay 100k to use the name of a company no one knows about, has not made a pizza in over 10 years, and digging deeper see how they screwed everyone who was involved with them when they had stores.

That could be the reason that we are triple zero. Maybe this is the actual value of the company.

You know how many people have come in here with the thoughts you and Copper have? They spend a year thinking this is some gem, investment grade company. After a year, they leave and you never see them again. Takes them that long to realize what some of us say is true.

Actual facts:
*We have no Pizza Shops
*We have no franchises
*We bought the salsa biz from a guy who sold the salsa at fairs and craft shows. I have looked every place they say we sell it, It is never there, Not macy's, Armed Forces site, etc.
* We bought Popsycakes for 2k and stock. I have yet to find a place that sells them. They list many, but in reality, they don't sell them. They probably offered them a display and a bunch to try out, just to say they have them there. The one place in NY, Wahlburgers they brag about is out of Biz, phone disconnected.
*I have searched for our products everywhere. If I found them, I would be loading up and telling everyone!
* We talked about frozen pizza for over 10 years. About a year ago, they said they found the right company to make it. Yea, that is easy, anyone would if they could get paid! We never had a single frozen Pizza made to sell.
* There is no weed sauce. Copper pulls up a PR from sept 2014 that says they are working with an infusion chef and would be ready by the end of the year, and an investor expressed interest in distributing in Canada. Well, we never heard another word from the company on that since Sept 2014. Never happened.
* Dr Reddy... lol, this guy got lots of stock to be a consultant for a year. He did nothing, why would he ever really want to be involved with us? We are a pink sheet stock with no pizza shops. I ate their pizza a few times when they had stores. They used canned sauce and bagged cheese. There is not one thing anyone can actually prove he did for UPZS. His name has not been mentioned for 3 years. We never renewed his contract. Yet they leave him listed on the company website. Anything you hear he did, is made up. The person saying it can not prove a thing.
* We are involved in the Tap House. We borrowed $495,000 from a 3rd party, Kevin's mother. Look on the financials, you will see it there. The loan originated in Oct 2016. We have yet to make a payment on it. We did nothing to help open the place, the name Unique Brew House was changed to the Tap House, and everything with Unique on it was removed besides the outside sign on the building. Most of us have doubts we will retain any ownership in that/credo ventures as we are in default on how we got involved.
* Revenue is good, but having more revenue than you spend to run a business is more important. Hell, I can sell products at a loss and generate tons of revenue! What good is that, unless i can print stock and sell it!
* The books are not audited. Look at the filings, like a cut and paste from old ones with some changes. They are not audited ever. Copper once 2 financials ago caught how they cooked the books and told us about it, then said he is out!

Maybe instead of all the fake hype and pumping, holding the company responsible for actually doing something would make this worth something.
