I have called and emailed Continental Stock Transfer several times over the past year. They will not disclose the share structure to outsiders. They have been gagged by Coretec management, probably to hide the dilution. Most TA's for other penny stocks will confirm the share structure, but Continental will not.
Does your assumption make it so? Just curious if you call Apples transfer agent, will they give you all that info?
