I would truly doubt Roger would do that garsena....especially knowing that he has the ability to request going straight to the QX in spite of not having the .25 minimum price. Of course there is no guarantee they will approve of the request but they have the option to do so. Plus we have so many great catalysts coming up within the next several weeks which I think he really would like to present, but is wanting for us to be up-listed off the pink sheets first. Just my thoughts though...best to you and all of us long AMFE!!! AMFE FOR LIFE!!

We would have to be at.25 for a month before moving to the next tier. At this point he needs to file the audit and lets see what the OTC will do. Hopefully they will see all the manipulation going on and allow us to list on the QX. Either way he needs to file the audit and not hold it back. Any further delays will be a disaster IMO

Actually i think the release of the audit will get this to .25 which will subsequently qualify the company for listing on the QX ...although it may have to be listed on QB first for short period of time.
