Follows is a Milkman analysis of variance.

As in, John Bourque's perceptually vision, is in error.

Read the following tweet and make the assumption of fact that it is from officer at Bourque Industries, John Bourque.

Use of the word "personally" to describe the actions of John Bourque to detach his activity of buying BORKs from his association with Bourque Industries, but that of a person regulated by the rules set forth by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission holds primary responsibility for enforcing the federal securities laws [including] the electronic securities markets in the United States.)

It appears to me that the recent post, as follows,

"... to think about. If you were [John Bourque] and you wanted to buy shares back, would you want to buy your share at higher price or at the cheapest price possible." - Comeonnowu

Has identified the strong possibility that under the "orders" of John Bourque to control Bourque Industries Board of Directors to not release available communication to the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders of status at Bourque Industries, having consequence to propel BORK's pps higher, is done so in a manner of manipulation (where it's possible) to present a false status of Bourque Industries to the Market where suppression of BORK is done so to allow John Bourque in the content of a "personally" person, rather than an officer of Bourque Industries, to collect BORKs at the current range under one penny that reflects Bourque Industries as a failed company having no positive status to report.

As such, it may be considered that person John Bourque, as a private investor in Bourque Industries, is using Insider Information to buy BORKs at the suppressed level knowing that positive status at Bourque Industries is available, but supressed, to be released to the public.

This as viewed for the recent Twitter tweet from John Bourque, "This is my personal public announcement on January 1, 2018 that I, John M. Bourque, will personally be buying [BORK?] stock out of the market for myself. Notice has been given through this media [Twitter] outlet."

This is just a statement of opinion from person with alias "John Bourque" on Twitter that may or not be person John Bourque associated with Bourque Industries, but even if it turns out to be that John Bourque associated with Bourque Industries there is no association with the tweets to official business taken by Bourque Industries or it's officers, only the personal opinions of John Bourque outside the legal bounds of Bourque Industries.

Meaning, if John Bourque thinks he has satisfied a legal requirement, then oops... not.
