In order for a public company to properly operate it has to have all its ducks in order. There are many ways to get around a problem, an issue, a chill. I think Bork is not the first nor the last to have a chill in place. They will also not be the first nor the last to have it removed if they decide to go that route. Like I said they can take other routes they don’t necessarily need to have it removed.

Here something more interesting to think about. If you were JB and you wanted to buy shares back, would you want to buy your share at higher price or at the cheapest price Possible.
