What I am saying is that I believe that Maxim as a firm (proprietary) as well as their clients participated in the offering that generated the ratchet shs. Remember it was Maxim the firm who sold Culpepper on the idea. The firm themselves purchased a large amount know how ridiculous the offering was. A Culpepper guvaway. We don’t know what portion of the ratchet shs are being sold by the customers of Maxim or Anaximander as a firm themselves.
