They will for sure not uplist to OTCQX! Their only destination will be NYSE! Nobody knows the exact difference between QTCQB or OTCQX, except investigating this, so at the end it would be still an OTC-something company.
When you read Miss Wang’s CEO letter, everybody must understand, what huge possibilities they have and that they will be inbetween the biggest and best companies in China in only a few years. So they also need the best Index for listing! And this is NYSE based on their business segment.
It is very obvious that they go for NYSE within short time, otherwise there would have been no need to change accounting firm to Friedman LLP and go their very stony way of reporting! And no need to re-audit 10k of 2016 if not uplist to NYSE would be the target!
