LP, I believe you are "spot-on correct" as the claims are going to be pushed out until distributions start/finished as this provides a back-up to ensure they do not welsh and the money moves.

These high level Executives will NEVER be deposed (just like I said many years ago there would be no third party lawsuits) UNLESS the money does not transfer.

This because once these Executives start defending themselves on the stand, this whole case that has been blacked-out in world-wide print and media would be exposed to the the world and this too (the truth of WaMu) can NEVER happen and/or be exposed.

The employees are the ones that are the greatest Losers. We just need to be careful not to paint them 95% with the same parachute brush. Not attacking you personally just get aggravated mostly at the legal system that has ignored the human element of the loss of a piece of History that has been lost in the legal quagmire.

I hold the idea that WMB cannot be proved solvent with the return of $$$$$
from Safe Harbor..... no.. no ...too unsafe for OCC(OTS merged into it) and FDIC..
too much waves under the bridges with such news release.

1. The bridge over-trouble-water DBNTC-JPM-FDIC settlement built and done, probaly by Feb or March 2018.

2. Green lights are shinning for all the race car drivers (KKR, Citi..AAOC, 30+ funds with good holding wmih.... hundreds of coat tail escrowers) to gas pedal on. Why being halted for another 6 months by some yes or no golden parachute? OMG .. stubborn FDIC unplugged the power!

3. It is a dilemma here: no close of employee's claim, no close of bk ..
no close of bk.... no residue bk estate $#..... no way out to total with receivership-remote and bk-remote assets for final distribution to escrow marker holders.

On the field bk experienced help is needed to shine some light on this dilemma. Many of us really do not want to wait for another year or so.
Though it worths waiting..... the game is not fun at all. The closer to the end, the less the patience.

4. Could some kind of settlement going on under the bridges with WMILT and so and so? .... A few claims withdarw filings and approval green lights powered back on by Queen Mary?

5. Receivership and bk can be shortened to end..... and time.... finally time (.. by Aug 2018 before 9-25-2018..ahh... 10 long years) for us to raise the champagne glasses. Hurrah ...Hurrah.....
