Still here, but I`m working on a big contract at work presently, long hours and at the same time, possibly looking to move home, so not the time as I had before to post on the boards.
The S-3 I think may have scared several people into selling, but it reads like a normal 8 or 10Q, i.e. we`ll go bust if the internet stops as a medium e.t.c. and they have to list every eventuality, good and bad so as not to get sued later on, just the way it is and if contracts not signed, or revenues received, they can`t quote these.
As to not having any revenues for the foreseeable future, if they got some tomorrow, the S-3 still stands, as at the date of writing, they didn`t have it, nor the revenues.
The 8Q`s and 10`s used to scare the life out of me, but if you look at even Google, Microsoft, they all read the same with their disclaimers.
Also, I must say that as nothing happening with TKO re PR`s and there`s lots of rumours, hearsays of what might or might not happen or be released, it has just gone a bit quiet at present and people appear very much on a short fuse, don`t know if that`s a saying over there, means a bit tetchy.
Also, I am amused at all this talk about Koolaid, or electric koolaid!!
Can someone explain to me what this means, as being from England, that saying doesn`t travel across the pond very well to me?
I must add that I have been happy that TKO has held up with no news at plus $2.80 for several days now, I think that`s a good result and the Ameren news was not "Blow Ya Socks Off News", so glad to see it holding above $2.80.
I think we are all restless re TKO and the lack of PR`s, there`s stuff to come out as we all know, but when, well I`ve given up on dates now and being specific, as TKO can`t seem to hold their end up on this news to break. I`ll just wait for the several items of news to break, but I have to put myself into my work over this next month or so, so I will apologise in advance for not posting much!!
