GLL The Kool Aid comes from the yahoo board they call us Kool Aid Drinkers. I'm not totally sure what they are referring to maybe someone else could enlighten us. Electric Kool Aid that refers to Kool Aid spiked with acid(LSD). It comes from a book written by Thomas Wolfe (He also wrote Bonfire of the Vanities and The Right Stuff among many others) back in the late 1960's called "The Electric Kool Aid Acid Test." Google it. Its about a group of people called The Merry Pranksters, including Ken Keesey, Kerouac, The Grateful Dead, Ginsburg, who travel around the U.S. in a Psychedelic School Bus. Pick up a copy some time its a good light hearted read. It even has Hunter Thompson as one of the Pranksters.

As far as the S-3 release goes, I speak for myself only here, I was mostly alarmed by the timing but that was later explained later by our crack research staff here. The amount of debt $54,816,697 in losses as it was put startled me. I don't think I had seen that much declared on any financial statements. No one has been able to explain that. Amaren is an OB stock and everyone I think knows what I think about them. More than 90% are losers within 6 months, it may even be 98%, they are more than risky most are hollow shells to take peoples money. My family and I have lost a lot of money on, they call them penny stocks here, hollow oil and gas ventures in the 1980's.

Tetchy might be the same as touchy here. I means kind of irritable hard to approach. A person might go off if you say the wrong thing.

Good luck with your project. My post to you was out of concern that something happened to one of my board buddies. Are you moving home home with mum and pop? I know you are very close and I hope all is well there...
