Thanks for chipping in.
In consideration besides $ (designated litigation escrow $), there are proper procedures to follow and have to been approved by our Queen Mary (HJ Mary Walrath). Litigation has been ongoing with FDIC vs WMILT on issue of employee's claim....... and is not going to resume around Aug 2018.

Precisely, there are still some outstanding matters:
1. Employee's claims APA Actions and Employee Avoidance Actions
2. Tax Matters includiing Ahmanson Litigations and State of Illinois Refund Litigation.
3. Grant Thornton Litigation pending bk court advisement.
4. Subordinated Claims Litigation.

Unless these four paths are being all cleared, bk cannot come to a closure.
We yell/demand/wish/hope/pray for distribution tomorrow....... but....
What is/are the proper procedure(s) in this wamu bk to close this saga?
