I completely agree on a couple of weeks, as I just mentioned previously Roger knows he is much more in the drivers seat now. Before we understood the reasons certainly things have taken a bit of time, and when sharing information from the auditors in his excitement was hoping the government side would move faster than it did. But at this time, anything he communicates is 100% on Roger, so he is not putting this out without extreme confidence.
