I think it is unlikely they will convert anytime soon. Most likely the holders have deep faith in the company's products and management. We are all waiting for the company to mature, preferred share holders as well. Also, I remember that someone asked that question in an email to the company a few months ago and the IR stated that they believe the preferred shares were in strong hands.
