The movie AxemanII was a personal investment of Dr. Otiko of $38k which has nothing to do with ViaDerma. The only reason the movie lawsuit was brought up is because there are people here who are attempting to mislead the unsuspecting that he is a fraud, however if you do a little investigating as I have, you will discover that Otiko is the a victim of fraud. I have read the court documents concerning the Axeman II lawsuit and the court has answered and is in favor of Otiko (The defendant) and Otiko is countersuiting to recover his investment plus court and lawyer fees.
As for the R/S, no one want to be in front of one of those, however it is a tool for management to increase cash in order to developed the business, Going forward, I am concerned about the possibility of R/S repeat in light of the outstanding share count has reached ceiling again, however there are still shares available to continue the operation until the revenue stream can offset the expenses.
I expect the business to continue to grow and the revenues will increase to reflect that growth and the increase in PPS will reflect that growth and your investment should become a profitable one as well.
