If you're referring to the "pilot" program HDG, BB and others were discussing, where some suggested DTC ads using 1A win to promote off-label use, I have a different idea - instead of AMRN fighting with FDA on what they can or can't promote (IIRC FDA has to approve any new 1A promotions based on peer reviewed publications, how about this: Give patients with DES a free one month scrip, or allow them to use a special new coupon, to try V out and see if it works - those of use who had our DES go away know it happens in weeks, not months - then those patients can try to lobby insurers for coverage, perhaps with the help of AMRN, because V is much cheaper (plus more effective) than any other FDA approved DES therapy out there - insurers will save money, patients won't need painful injections done in a doctor's office (which also adds costs). Might be a hairbrained idea, could have the wrong off-label indication, but the gist of it is valid - I know there have been other drugs where bios offered free or greatly reduced prices for drugs which have multiple indications - my doc even gave me one of them a couple years ago, but it upset my GI system, so I quit trying it.
