It might wind up being overpriced. Say when the SEC and FINRA are done with these fools, the price opens up at $25 (being generous) then the 10:1 kicks in...who's going to pay $250 a share? Way more cheaper plays out there. They should have at least waited to their issues were resolved before announcing a split...especially the ratio.
