Not only that, what incentive does a doctor have to be a great doctor in those other systems? I want the best brain surgeon out there working on me...you won't find the drive to be the best under socialized medicine.

-Life expectancy continues to decrease.
-Infant mortality is high.
-Cancer survival rates are economically stratified.

Big Pharma spends more on advertising than it does research. Privatized health insurance inflates cost of healthcare somewhere between 20 and 50%.

It is a predatory system that is unsustainable.

Big Pharma continues to churn out addictive drugs and drugs whose side effects outweigh benefits because they are more profitable.

Anavex is not following that business plan. It is fitting that they have an international footprint and are seeking international support.
