Sad part is that S1 is not the end for this Ignition agreement. They will have to register around 5-10 billion more shares worth as the SP is forced down! Ole Johnny signed the death certificate for this stock!

who's confused??? they just absolutely, unequivocally added 1,353,982,316 billion shares, an increase of around 30%, to an already bloated float. and this is only the start of new shares. how could this possibly effect share price or eps (laugh) or every other metric on a balance sheet? oh no, i'm so confused.
