IT WAS PUBLISHED DEC 8TH WHAT IS NEW?

Ignition has not funded any other OTC stocks, weird, and they know if they sell too many shares the PPS will drop, that is a loss for them. They are buying common shares at a 25% discount if the share prices fall 25% they make nothing. Ignition feels confident the PPS will not go down.

It also shows transparency on OTTVs part as Pinks don't have to file an 8K or S-1 they can draft a PDF and publish it (none filing) in their quarterly. So, each quarter is a brand-new surprise most of the time they make them so confusing you have no idea what is happening. Seen that many time in unscrupulous Pinks. Not the case with OTTV excellent filing and excellent financing too!

Your math is off by 1B.

They went from 3.9B shares 7/31 to 4.3B as of 12/21.

And we know they had convertible notes from prior shitty financing, which ignition saves us from.

And you seem to be trying to imply the shares were to ignition... but they weren't because they received 0 shares prior to the prospectus, that's like literally exactly the point of it. Which also discredits all the times you blamed daily trades on them. Because they have definitively been proven not to possess any shares prior to 4:01 today.
