Per the numbers that we get from Sam, there are about 115k monthly scripts (retail + institutional). We know that these are slightly less than the real numbers, per Amarin re- quarterly totals (I think they get it from Symphony). I think thats what they meant by 150k patients = total amount of scripts per highest month). 1 script = 1 patient.

For the breakdown of the monthlies, from Sam's numbers, we get about 45k New and 70 Renewals.

At CVS/CAREMARK my scrips now run refills every 3 months[120 capsules/month], looks like it will be 1 re-authorization/year by M.D.
