Federal law. It is still a crime under federal law to participate in the growth, sale or distribution of marijuana. There have been all kinds of problems in Colorado and other states that have legalized mj, and the issues and problems will now be magnified with California coming on board. Just check out all of the articles on the problems in Colorado. And, the fact that banks cannot take $$$ connected in any way to marijuana will be magnified and create even more problems now that President Obama's suspension of the enforcement of federal mj law in states that have legalized recreational mj has been lifted.

Things are changing in the states that moved forward on the mj front and the increase in crime and other problems may take care of the problem and cause a steady reversal back the other way going forwad.

Time will tell, but CGRA only leases ground to a struggling mj growing operation that encountered a number of reported setbacks last year, Wright?

None. In fact Washington Governor and Federal Judges stating there will be NO CHANGE in Washington. All good for the 29 states currently upholding MJ legal status. More to jump on board. Canada also approving legalization. World MJ legal market continues to expand. Sessions simple put Congress in the position to pass a legalization bill. Really good news considering 60% of nation approve. Real Legalization Bill will open very wide the door for huge investment and access to Banking. Stay Tuned, things headed in the right direction IMHO.
