That is total BS. It irresponsible to claim that any federal judge in Washington or anywhere else has publicly commented on this right now. Can you provide any proof to back up this assertion? For any federal judge to publicly comment in advance on such matters which may come before them would be unethical and improper, and constitute a violation of the Judicial Code of Conduct and oath.
