I've read lots of garble on social media Treaty is not in compliance but nothing of substance to back it up.

The SEC would say you are worng. BC is they were not in compliance the SEC would revoke them now. That would be plenty of reason for them to do it.

Same with Revocation .... There is nothing but social media garble with no substantial facts. SPECULATION and SPIN!!!!!!!!!!

Never did get an explanantion how sanctions would effect Treaty. So I guess that was Fake News ?????

No it's 100% true. Hallin and Hyatt are not happy about it, but it's a fact. And Treaty was able to settle without admitting guilt.
