It is interesting knowing the Facts and still be denied.

The SEC has the wrong doers. It is now rumored the Current BOD are scammers. I'm waiting to hear more on that

Treaty has been allegedly in non compliance with everything yet the SEC and courts just sit back and watch.

Of course unless that was part of what the SEC and Kramer negotiated ??

Kramer and The SEC worked out a plan to get Treaty trading again.

Treaty settled with the SEC because Treaty/Kramer didn't want to go through the Time and Expense of a Trial or attempt at a summery judgement. Both of which there was no way of winning. Treaty has NO defence because Treaty is very obviously guilty as hell, in committing fraud multiple times.

It says right in the settlement agreement there were NO deals.
