Good article thanks. This paragraph caught my attention,if true probuphine will be a hit in EU especially Germany. As I’ve explained, I’m in this “one-percenter” category. I was not an opiate abuser. I am taking Suboxone as a result of overprescribing. However, as he explained to me, Germany doesn’t really care about that. All substitution-therapy patients are lumped into the same group, and I could end up in a nightmare scenario where I’m having to go to the pharmacy every day for up to six months to receive my Suboxone. It’s treated just like methadone here. That means no vacations, no overnight excursions to Italy or Austria with the family.

The other option is to make a case for me taking Suboxone for pain. It’s not a commonly used drug for that purpose, but if my doctor can show my history of Crohn’s, my journey through pain management, and how I woun
d up here, it would present a reasonable case that could be approved.
So what addict in EU wouldn't switch, going to pharmacy everyday or twice you have no life, then what thdy do is if the patient has a different condition which calls for pain medication they try to convince that the suboxone is for pain not addiction. If true this is big and so will probuphine be in EU.How many people are diagnosed for pain when in reality it's drug addiction in EU.Any thoughts guys???
