No, it is a dilution nightmare. They raised the share authorization to 15 billion shares all while hiding financials from all investors. They have now been confirmed to be dumping billions and billions more shares.

They have tons of shares left to convert at huge discounts and then dump to lock-in profit. Toxic financiers control MLCG completely, and the real death spiral has barely begun, because investors don't want to touch this thing even with someone else's money.
