IMO,when Noelle told me months ago that they had a sit down with Adage,is when they were told,we`re selling the company so you better do what you have to do to take care of biz before it happens. That`s if they`re selling the company,they could`ve just told adage that they`re gonna be doing major licensing deals to monetize the rest of the platform going forward,and that would`ve been enough for the attack and cover.
I also find it interesting Lombardo said the start of NEO was delayed because the are amending the Amgen deal related to manufacturing. I bet it's more to it than that. Amgen may be expanding the deal to include HOT with similar terms as NEO. It's also possible Amgen is negotiating buying the company, because if you were Amgen and saw how much shareholder value had been destroyed and now no permanent CEO and disgruntled investors, you may think why would I do another $500 million deal on HOT when I could probably get the whole company for the same price as HOT and NEO value, $1 billion or so/$20pp.
