Thanks for your posting Macod!! Something that excites me about this tweet is that they are going to literally use these game designer nights as a tool to drive revenues!!! Once the snakes gurus have helped to decide on choice titles for publication they will also be able to self promote their games in-house per recommending them to customers. We don’t necessarily need to have a #1 selling hot title like exploding kittens to add to our revenues (though that would be awesome). It can most definitely be a conglomeration of decent games that together build a huge income stream!! Once we publish our first game/s with high margins and exclusive distribution people will begin to see the true possibilities with this branch alone. One must love how we are able to dissect each subsidiary into many income generating branches. It’s like our subs have subs!!!
They could also use self published titles for door prizes, giveaways, and raffles that is all a form of in-house advertising. They could also give free cover charge to customers in exchange for online reviews. We all know anything sells better with reviews.
Anyway I hope they incorporate this into at least their master franchise locations if not all locations as I see incredible potential with doing so!
