My point was that there is no evidence that Darkpulse has been awarded or SELECTED for anything to do with the Border Wall, past or present...despite O’Leary’s statements to the media driving a number of stories about Darkpulse and the “wall”.
There has been NOTHING that independently supports what he has said or represented regarding Darkpulse’s supposed involvement with the wall.
Every single media story is traced back to ONLY what Dennis himself has said.
He could easily provide some independently verifiable information to the contrary. There is NOTHING about the procurements that is secret.
