Sorry to say, that Imho, that has nothing to do with the detection devices that will be included in the ever changing and evolving world of upgrading the security of the wall. It specifically states, that they are constantly meeting those needs, so the prototypes and other materials options, are the only things being awarded, but that in no way rules out the possibility
of the sensor technology being included in the production of those walls. It is another part of what they say they are constantly meeting the ever evolving needs of detection and that's where the sensors would come in. JMVHO.
