The most sad thing in terms of ethics from my soapbox, all that complicated filing writings for protecting all parties in reality does absolutely nothing but confuse and drive shareholders dizzy. Noteholders are only going to sell 123 million shares as fast as the market supports and selling at 5 cents of course is ok with noteholders although they may have a little higher figure in mind for the avg.
