I agree with Andrius that the 50 percent of volume restriction is a pretty mild restriction. I think as the volume was about 45 million, noteholders could have sold over 22 million. The part not clear was whether they could have received more shares around 2:00 or so yesterday. There was a breather while maxm stepped away. I don't see why transfer agent may not have capability to certify share count status with noteholders intraday.
