Not Dilution...was re Distribution.....the Blocks were shares bot @ the 0.0001 to 0.0003 area and Sold higher Up...!!

Many bot 100 to 200 Mill back round 0.0001....Just taking Profit..!!

Those conversions from the 0.0003 area to the 0.0018 area ...bring the average pps floor up and enable the next move North...fwiw
