SINCE IT AINT OVER YET I GUESS THAT MEANS ITS STILL OPEN!!!!!!!!!!

IMHO the COURT still can pretty much do what ever it wants until this closes ,INCLUDING opening up new discovery by AN EXAMINER to see if anything of relevance has changed, since the DB closure

But I aint no lawyer so again we wait

...the case TITLE, in the Omnibus, is simply that (in the real world).
