And like I have said several times in the last few days , your time aint up until 11:59.59 on DEC 31rst, and we wouldn't hear chit about it until next fri at the earliest in an 8k(MON is NOT a business day) ,but that doesn't mean it didn't happen, and the court case in between those.

I think this hearing on Jan. 4th is a big deal and would like to see if anyone is close to that court house could go. It would be nice to have someone close there to give all of us an update.

I wish you were right about us getting paid but unfortunately we are not going to see a dime and more time being spent on mental thought and planning on when it was to come in for us as a payday. Ether there was nothing there or it if there was it never belonged to us. We showed a lot of hearsay and speculation on funds which much made sense but not being a BK lawyer you truly didn't know. Many here lost small fortunes let alone all that time spending on research, worry and regret as well day dreaming about spending your new wealth. Its greed and I'm guilty of it. I gave myself till the end of this year to see some payment or move on and forget about this 9 year mistake. I'm moving on, I wish all of you the best, I truly do. Some of you are very smart indeed and provided some interesting data, others submitted the same story weekly which was boring and wondered why people would post such dribble as you cant sell it, these markers your stuck with. Regardless its time, I write this for my own benefit and not to convince or sway anyone from there belief that this will pay out. I hoped I was wrong but I also know how corrupt our government is and I don't see them releasing this type of payoff (if there is truly any $$ there) to us common folks. Good bye, Good luck

I'm Not the Only One Optimistic

about seeing "Change in Control" Summary Judgement filed before the January 4th Omnibus Hearing for THJMFW to sign, per Footnote 5 because CIC happened.

If we don't see the CIC but; The Plan 7, and GSA complete FAILURE; then we have No WMIH Corp and No WMIH shares. Would the Boys in the know be buying WMIH shares if WMIH was to vanish due to The Plan 7 and GSA to become VOID because "the Final Payment" for "WMB and it's assets" was not completed before EOY 2017? Therefore; NOT satisfying the Five Year CG/CL Tax Rule.

The PPS has averaged; 5% increase a day, and over one million traded per-day this past week.

?? "the Final Payment" for "WMB and it's assets" made before EOY 2017, but Distribution in 2018 due to new Tax Law. ??
