too funny - this "shell" (lol) company clearly stated they issued 50 Mil shares to Longview & Arland NOT Alpha. Had they issued shares to Alpha that he sold to Arland in October 2008 then Alpha would have appeared right there with Longview rather than Arland & they would have outlined that Alpha sold his issued shares to Arland in their very first in-depth filing rather than wait 1+ year later to change the facts. And since you seem to know so much, how about explaining where Arland & his 15+M went??
