Exactly. They didn't suddenly issue 50 million shares on December 28 only, as you seem to think. They issued them BEFORE. December 28 was simply a representation of all the shares they issued up to and including that date and the equity issued in October was sold to Arland before December's reporting date. Obviously per their filings, some if not all those shares represented the $9 million equity issued to Longview and Alpha in October (and then Alpha sold to Arland in October).
