Your 10 year perspective on this ticker is something people need to consider IMO. As I've said before, old obligations and liabilities don't simply vanish because management changes.
According to Stervc (an old shareholder from the John Quincey Moaning days like you) and Ken Teknus (also an old shareholder) got together and worked to bring this ticker current. Teknus reportedly supplied $40,735 to do so. Teknus's name appears on the corporate filings with the Colorado SOS. He was also identified as a "consultant" to BLDV and sold 40% of his NOW Brands hemp flavored vodka to BLDV.
Worth noting that Teknus seriously considered installing Thomas (Tom) J. Parilla as CEO. A simple Google search of that guy reveals serious SEC sanctions against him and a company he ran. As of February he was still in hot water.
