For 10K - year end reports it’s 90 days. That goes for ALL small publicly traded companies not just VDRM. That does not mean we will not be updated on sales via 8k or PR.

Last year, the annual was filed on April 18, 2017. Expect this year's in mid April as well. VDRM has not been early.
